Pre-Sales Executive – Urbanbrick Developer LLP, Pune

Job Description
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Executive who will play a key role in client communication and lead management. The position involves directly interacting with potential clients, explaining project details, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from potential clients.
2. Explain project details, features, and benefits clearly to customers.
3. Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales cycle.
4. Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
5. Maintain and update the client database for accurate lead tracking.
6. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover and conversions.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales (Real Estate/Plotting preferred).
2. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
3. Confident telephone etiquette with effective persuasion skills.2
4. Excellent follow-up ability and relationship-building skills.

About the Role
Urbanbrick Developers LLP is looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong plotting and site execution skills. The candidate will be responsible for accurate plotting, site supervision, and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
◼️ Key Responsibilities
1) Perform plotting, leveling, and site measurements as per drawings.
2) Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed
according to project specifications.
3) Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project managers for
smooth execution.
4) Maintain site records, measurement sheets, and progress reports.
5) Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
6) Resolve technical/site issues in coordination with senior
engineers/management.
◼️ Requirements
1) Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
2) Minimum 5 years of site experience with strong knowledge of plotting
and execution.
3) Hands-on knowledge of surveying instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, etc.) is preferred.
4) Strong understanding of construction drawings and site measurements.
5) Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting drawings.
